A. Feasibility Studies - By analyzing all available data,
we can help determine if the project is viable.
B. Planning - By integrating a matrix of information such
as environmental studies, civil, architectural and engineering documents,
we help start a project properly.
C. Site Assessment - We examine the site for cost and time
consequences as they relate to soil, utilities, grading, zoning,
access and other externalities.
D. Site Plan Evaluation - Review of initial designs and building
relationships, coverage, landscaping, parking, etc.
E. Conceptual Estimating - With very little design work done,
we provide realistic costs and budgets. As design develops, budgets
can be used to detect cost deviations.
F. Project Management - Qualified personnel, coordinating,
estimating, scheduling, purchasing, supervising and accounting for
each project's successful completion.
G. Construction Bidding - Perform comprehensive general contracting
services on project obtained through the traditional competitive
bid method.
H. Construction Management - As construction managers, we
will coordinate input from the owner, architect, engineer and contractor
becoming the single entity controlling time and cost during the
design and construction phases.
I. Design-Build - Under a design/build arrangement, we are
responsible for both architectural and construction services.
