Mike Kunzik

BACKGROUND/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mike Kunzik first founded Kunzik Construction, Inc. in March of 2000 after 22 successful years of experience in the construction industry. In July of 2004, Mike joined forces with long-time friend and contractor Pete Sara to form Kunzik & Sara Construction, Inc. Mike has a strong background in wood framing and structural steel, post-tension, and pre-cast concrete structures. Mike has a "can do" attitude and the organizational skills to achieve the highest quality and maximum efficiencies from the sub trades.

As an owner and President of Kunzik & Sara Construction, Inc., Mike is responsible for the management of all field operations, for new construction, and tenant improvement projects. Mike has been involved in the construction of most image programs from remodels, while in operation, to new ground-up facilities.

Mike's 27 years of experience in the construction industry encompasses all of the operational aspects of projects including finish carpentry, field supervision, rebuilding, subcontractor management, and cost control.

Mike's past projects include heavy structural concrete, steel, wood framing, and masonry structure design. Mike has always believed in a "hands on" approach, personally managing the field operations.

Mike currently holds a Class B, California Contractor's license.
