BACKGROUND/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Tony is a Senior Project Manager with Kunzik and Sara Construction, Inc. He has been in the construction industry since 1997 and has extensive estimating experience in negotiated and competitive bids. Tony’s automotive projects include all major corporate image programs integrating job specific designs that include: Post-tension and pre-cast concrete parking decks, structural steel, wood frame, and steel stud structures. Other projects Tony has worked on have varied in scope from simple re-models to multi story structures with extensive site and utility improvements, all while keeping the client in operation.

As a Senior Project Manager, Tony has a wide range of responsibilities that include estimating, scheduling, project communications, documentation, value engineering, administering subcontracts, preparation and monitoring of budgets, project bidding, buyouts, submittals, progress billings, and sub trade coordination. Tony interfaces with all aspects of the design and construction phase including utility layout/installations. He is an eager team participant and quickly wins the support of his work associates when assigned to a project.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
